Colloquium Visual Encounters Humboldt-Universtät Berlin

A Colloquium "Visual Encounters. Film and Ethnography in European Anthropology" will take place at the Institute for Europäische Ethnologie, Humboldt-Universität Berlin, always on Tuesday, 6-8 pm, Mohrenstr. 41, Berlin-Mitte. [Download Program]

26 of January 2010: Prof. Dr. Sarah Pink (Loughborough University) "Visual Interventions: images, senses, and application"
2nd of February 2010: Dr. Martha Blassnigg (Transtechnology Research Unit, Plymouth) "The ›Observing Participant‹ – Time, Memory, and Shared Consciousness in Early Scientific and Ethnographic Film"
